From January 2008, the company approached the works in the Russian Federation together with OJSC Saratovneftegeofizika.

In 16 June 2009 Vikoil Ltd was confirmed as company which meets the requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

1. Certificated observer with work experience on Sercel 428XL (408UL) telemetric station for at least 5 years
2. Chief geophysicist with work experience for at least 5 years
3. Certificated geophysicist-processor with work experience in Paradigm Focus software for at least 5 years
4. Certificated operator of Input/Otput Inc. AHV-IV-362 vibration exciter with work experience for at least 5 years
5. Certificated topographers, who masters Trimble 5800 GPS, with work experience for at least 5 years
6. Chief of survey with work experience for at least 5 years
7. Certificated surveyor with work experience for at least 5 years
8. Advisor-inspector in HSE with work experience on international level at least 5 years
9. Responsible for work on the territory of landowners with work experience for at least 5 years
10. Responsible for camp with work experience for at least 5 years
11. Geophysicist on work planning with work experience for at least 5 years
12. Chief of the crew with work experience for at least 5 years
